Refund policy

All XodusHI products are made to order. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or a change of mind.
Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
Orders that have already entered production may not be canceled or changed.
